Onboarding Checklist

This page is your go-to guide to preparing everything we’ll need for your project with 76 Design Solutions. Use this checklist to gather materials, approvals, assets, and information. The better prepared you are, the smoother and faster the project goes.

How to Use This Checklist

  1. Copy this checklist into a document you can edit (Google Docs, Word, etc.).
  2. Fill in or check off each item below.
  3. Provide any files or details in shared folders or by email as agreed.
  4. Share the completed checklist with your 76DS project lead so we can review and begin work.

What You’ll Need

Here are the essential items to gather before your project’s kickoff:

Branding & Identity Logo files (vector: .AI, .EPS, .SVG), PNG/JPG versions; brand colors; brand fonts; branding style guide if available
Content Text for all pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.); images/videos you want included; bios, descriptions, client testimonials
Domain & Hosting Access Registrar login; DNS access; hosting credentials; FTP or control panel access (if relevant)
Design Preferences & Inspiration Links to websites you like; preferred color palettes; mood board; examples of visual style or things you don’t like
Functionality Requirements Any features needed (forms, e-commerce, booking, blog); third-party integrations or APIs; mobile responsiveness
User Information Names & roles of stakeholders; contact info; communication preferences; access to shared drives or asset folders
Timeline & Expectations Desired launch date; project milestones; expected turnaround time for feedback; your availability
Legal, Policies & Branding Assets Copyright, trademarked assets; existing privacy policy or terms; any existing brand guidelines or legal considerations
